Channeled Message for February 2012

This is the Channeled Message that I received and I would like to share it with you. First I go into a meditative state where my focus is on my breath, nice and steady, going deeper within.

Next I ask the Divine for a message that I can share with you. Then I listen as the words are given to me with ease. These are the words that I received.

“Focus on the ‘I Am’ consciousness. Breathe into the awareness of who you truly are – a Divine Being of Love and Light. Let your heart and soul receive the energy of ‘I Am’ aseach and every cell reverberates with that truth. Feel the upliftment within you as you embrace the reality of your being. ‘I Am.’

Channeled Messages

Channeled Messagesare messages that come from a higher source. Some examples are angels, spirit guides, Jesus, Mother Mary, Kwan Yin, Archangel Michael, the White Brotherhood/Sisterhood to name a few.

The person receiving the message, thechannel,needs to be open hearted and open minded. Getting out of the way and allowing the guidance to come through unedited is essential inchanneledmessages.

The intention to be achannelof truth allows the message to come through in pureform. There is no room for the ego here. It is not about the messenger. Thechanneled messageshave center stage.

Meditation

The first step for me in realizingI had access to divine wisdom was learningmeditation. Even though at first I was not sure if I was meditating correctly or not, I kept at it daily with the guidance from the weeklymeditationclass that I attended back in the summer of 1983.

We all have the ability to receive messages from the Divine. The place to begin is with meditation by listening to God throughthe still small voice within.

By September of that year I was able togo into ameditationspace by relaxing, focusing on my breath and trusting the higher power inside.I would then receive answers to questions posed by myself or by others.

Start by closing your eyes, relax and take three cleansing breaths. This is yourspecial time to remember who you are and to connect with Goddess through your intuition.

Inmeditationyou keep your mind focused on one thing such as your breath. When you catch your thoughts focused on other things, just bring it back to focus on the breath, again and again.

Do not give up because your thoughts keep drifting to everything else besides the breath. The rational mind wants to stay in control so it becomes more activated inmeditation.

Be open to receiving messages from Spirit to guide you are your path. Goddess always guides us to what is best for us. The key is to trust in God.
