Happy Summer Solstice!!
This is a Channeled Message for June that I received and I would like to share it with you.
“The past is over. Set yourself free from the self-imposed ties that bind you and keep your spirit imprisoned.
You have the sacred moment before you. When your focus is on the past you are unable to be present to the sacred moment.
In the sacred NOW moment all of life exists. The grace, blessings, mercy, creativity and life itself are present in the moment. You are called upon to live, breathe and co-create with God right here, right now.
You are the expression of Spirit, of Love. When you consciously live and breathe and create in the NOW you are set free to BE consciousness itself. That is enlightenment.”
Channeled Messages
Channeled messages are messages that come from a higher source such as angels, spirit guides and ascended masters like Jesus, Mother Mary, Kwan Yin, Archangel Michael, the White Brotherhood/Sisterhood to name a few.
The person receiving the message, thechannel, needs to be open hearted and open minded. Getting out of the way and allowing the guidance to come through unedited is essential in channeled messages.Practicing meditation helps the messenger to still the mind, go within and receive the message from the higher source.
The intention to be achannel of truth allows the message to come through in pure form. There is no room for the ego here. It is not about the messenger. Thechanneled messages have center stage.
We all have the ability to receive messages from the divine. The place to begin is meditation bylistening to God throughthe still small voice within. Start by closing your eyes, relax and take three cleansing breaths. This is yourspecial time to remember who you are and to connect with Goddess through your intuition.
Inmeditation you keep your mind focused on one thing such as your breath. When you catch your thoughts focused on other things, just bring it back to focus on the breath, again and again. Do not give up because your thoughts keep drifting to everything else besides the breath. The rational mind wants to stay in control so it becomes more activated in meditation.
You honor your spirit with the practice of meditation which is done each day so that it becomes a part of your routine and you. You begin to reap the many benefits that result from this daily practice which is primarily connecting to your true essence – divinity itself.
The practice ofmeditation is is about progress not perfection. Be patient with yourself. Each of us has our own individual experience so be present to what you see and feel in the moment.
What messages are you receiving from God to guide you are your path? We receive messages in many ways. What is your intuition or your dreams telling you? Goddess always guides us to what is best for us. Trust that truth as you are set free to live in the moment as the child of God that you are. That is true freedom.
