A Channeled Message for November 2011 was given to me and I would like to share it with you here.
“Be all you can be. Don’t hold back. You are each a magnificent being of Love and Light. Let your light shine. Know who you are. You are not your bodies, you are not your thoughts, you are not your emotions. You are Spirit. Your body is your vehicle, your temple. In knowing who you are you will naturally attract to you all that you need to live your truth. Trust yourself as Love. Trust that the Universe loves and supports you in living your truth. Meditation
We all have the ability to receive messages from the divine. The place to begin ismeditationbylistening to God throughthe still small voice within.
Start by closing your eyes, relax and take three cleansing breaths. This is your special time to remember who you are and to connect with Goddess through your intuition.
Inmeditationyou keep your mind focused on one thing such as your breath. When your thoughts become focused on other things, just bring the mind back to focus on the breath, again and again.
You honor your spirit with the practice ofmeditation. When practiced dailyit becomes a part of your routine and a part of you. You then reap the many benefits from this daily practice, connecting you to your divinity.
What messages are you receiving from God to guide you are your path? Goddess always guides us to what is best for us. Trust that truth as you are set free to live in the moment as the child of God that you are. That is true freedom.
