As a Reiki Master Teacher I have experienced first hand the Healing Power of Touch– Reiki.My intention is to show how powerful this ancient Japanese energy medicineis as a hands-on healing tool for facilitating balance and wholeness in the body.
Healing Power of Touch–Reiki is very subtle. Reiki is also considered to be an energy medicine. The Universal life force energy is channeled through the Reiki healer’s hands to the client.
Healing occurs on all levels, body, mind, emotion and spirit level with theHealing Power of Touch–Reiki. We are brought back to the wholeness that exists within us through Reiki Healing.
Sacred Temple
Sacred Templeis what our bodies truly are. When we acknowledge our body as sacred we begin to heal. So many people focus on spiritual growth and development and inadvertently neglect the body. Then we create an imbalance within us and in our lives. It’s time to get back to honoring our body.
It is essential to honor our bodies for they are the vehicles for our spirit. When we can see our bodies as thesacred templeor church of the Divine we then naturally treat the body with more reverence, respect and care. Eating good foods, drinking plenty of water, exercise and stretching are ways to nurture and love our body.
There are many ways to heal and honor our bodies as thesacred templeof the Divine. One of the most beneficial ways is through thehealing power of touch.An embrace, a hug, touching a shoulder, cradling a baby, holding a hand and stroking a loved one’s back are simple ways in which we express love, caring and being thesacred templeitself.

Wholenessin body, mind, emotion and spirit is our birthright. Compassionate, loving hands channel Universal life force energy with the intention of healing. Wholenessis the intention for each modality which has it’s own unique way of bringing about a healing balance on all levels. It is important to not get side tracked by the technique itself of the particular healing practice.
Each modality of healing is like walking through a particular doorway that leads to the same destination ofwholeness.
Reiki Healing
