In the void is the place of not knowing. The past is over and the new has not arrived yet. The void is a blank canvas or fertile ground ready for us to plant the seeds of our creation.
When we are in the void it is a challenging yet fruitful place to be. Are we able to allow self to be suspended in the silence? Or do we rush to create something, anything because it is so uncomfortable to be in the unknown?
With patience and awareness we can utilize being in the void as a very creative internal process. Surrendering, breathing, allowing and focusing on the seeds that we are planting is key. The doing is not external but internal and very powerful.
Planting Seeds in the Garden
Planting seeds in the garden is the metaphor for this creative process called the void. When we plant a garden we must prepare the soil by digging and churning the dirt. In the same way we need to clear the mind of limiting thoughts and beliefs and let them go.
When you are planting seeds in the gardenyou need to first pick the seeds. What do you want to co-create with God? Do not focus on how you will create it. Just focus on what you want. Plant those good seeds knowing that you are a child of Goddess and you deserve to be happy.
The next step in planting seeds in the garden is to water them. Water is the element that represents emotions. Nurture your seeds of creation with positive emotions. Get excited about what you are co-creating with the Universe.
Planting seeds in the garden involves weeding so that the life force energy is not choked off. Weeding is like letting go of limiting thoughts and beliefs. Catch yourself thinking in limited ways and immediately affirm the truth of your joyous creation.
The Sun plays a positive role in planting seeds in the garden. Your seeds need the Sun in order to grow just as you need positive thoughts to warm and give energy to your seeds of creation. Stand at the doorway of your mind and only give energy to positive thoughts. Let go of negative thoughts and simply replace them with life affirming thoughts.
Being in the void is a sacred place of creation involving us and God. Embrace the void and it’s opportunity offered to us where we meet Goddess in the realization of our dreams.
