Dear friends,
Living with pain is quite a challenge for each of us on this planet. None of us are exempt from experiencing pain whether it is in the body, mind, emotional body or spirit. It matters not whether you are poor, rich or middle class for pain is part of the human condition.
What we do with our pain is what makes us or breaks us. Living with pain is one of our ultimate challenges as pain is our teacher or crucifier. With self love pain becomes our teacher so that we can grow from it.
How are you living with pain? Is it your stumbling block or your stepping stone? Do you run from it by buffering it with alcohol, drugs, sugar, overeating or by doing too much so you don’t have to feel it? No judgement, just looking at the self with the intention to heal, transform and ultimately free ourselves from our self-imposed prison.
Live with Intention
Waking up every morning I feel aches in my body and much more pain in my heart. One of my adult children is very sick mentally and spiritually. There is nothing I can do for my child on the physical plane. In fact I have had to walk away, drive away really, almost three thousand miles to free myself and allow him his life, his karma. I choose to live with intention.
My choice to live with intention is aboutchoosing to live my life fully without guilt in my mother’s heart. Quite a tall order for me, for any mother. Yet I see that this lesson is in front of me challenging me to grow as a being and to grow my faith in my Higher Power.
Depression calls to me, inviting me to slip and fall and give up. No, no, no I respond. Living with intention is my choice again and again. Choosing to hand my child, my pain over to the Universe once again sets me free. Then back to writing, sharing my arduous journey, reaching out my hand to help another on the soul path. Thus, I help myself, too.
We are Not Alone
We are not alone for we have God, the Sacred Feminine Goddesses like Mother Mary, Kwan Yin, Ascended Masters like Jesus, Buddha, our guides and angels. They are all here for us 24/7 to assist us on our spiritual path.
Since we have free will we need to ask them for help. Then they come to our aide joyfully demonstrating that we are not alone.
Each morning when I wake I hand my adult child and his partner over to God for healing. Then I call upon Archangel Michael to protect my daughter and grandson. As I continue praying I include my other daughter, grandchild, husband, myself and all my family, friends, brothers and sisters on this planet. It gives me great comfort to know that we are not alone.
Hand over all your pain, worries, fears, concerns, all of your loved ones to God. Allow the healing energy of love and light to fill you up and release you from your self-imposed prison. Let’s open to JOY becoming our teacher, not just pain.
