Blue speaker icon symbolizing sound or volume.TRUST self, trust the Divine who lies within us. We are the sons and daughters of the Universe. Our essence is love. Full access to wisdom is our birthright.

The key to those treasure is in our ability to trust self, trust the Divine. The way within is not through logic and the rational mind. The way is through the heart, prayer and meditation.

The heart needs no protection. The heart needs to be supported in giving and receiving love unconditionally in the moment. This brings us back to the need to trust self, trust the Divine.

Surrendering

Surrenderingourcontrol is humbling and freeing. The truth is that we have very little control in our life. We only have control over our own attitudes, responses or reactions to people and situations. When we recognize our limitations we are free to allow spirit to be in charge.

Surrenderingallows us to feel the ease and the release that occurs when we are hand everything over to God. No longer do we feel the pain of resistance and the heaviness of our burdens.At first it feels unfamiliar like we are giving up.

Keep breathing, keeprelaxing and continue to focus on the intention ofsurrenderingto God. Be in the moment, knowing that there is no past or future. All we have is this moment and our breath.God always guides us to what is best for us through our intuition.

We are Spirit

Remember who we are –weare spirit. Know that we are beautiful beings of love and light. Our essence is love itself.

We are not our body. We are not our mind. We are not our feelings.We are spirit.

It is when we trust self, trust the Divinethat we experience who we truly are, Divinity itself. We experience peace, freedom, fulfillment as beings. And the way is in the practice of TRUST.
