This is a Channeled Message for June 2012 that I just received and I would like to share it with you.
“Stay focused in your heart space. The heart is the healer, the purifier. Breathe into your heart and let it gently expand. Release all that is unlike love and just let it go. Love is the only reality. The heart needs to be free to do what it does best – channeled love unconditionally in the moment.”
Meditation
We all have the ability to receive messages from the Divine. The place to begin ismeditationbylistening to God throughthestillsmall voice within.
Inmeditationyou keep your mind focused on one thing such as your breath. When you catch your thoughts focused on other things, just bring it back to focus on the breath, again and again.

Do not give up because your thoughts keep drifting to everything else besides the breath. The rational mind wants to stay in control so it becomes more activated inmeditation.Start by closing your eyes, relax and take three cleansing breaths. This is your special time to remember who you are and to connect with Goddess through your intuition.
You honor your spirit with the practice ofmeditationwhich is done each day so that it becomes a part of your routine. You begin to reap the many benefits that result from this daily practice. It is about connecting to your true essence – divinity itself.
The practice ofmeditationis about progress not perfection. Be patient with yourself. Each of us has our own individual experience so be present to what you see and feel in the moment.
What messages are you receiving from God to guide you are your path? We receive messages in many ways. What is your intuition or your dreams telling you? Goddess always guides us to what is best for us. Trust that truth as you are set free to live in the moment as the child of God that you are. That is true freedom.
