KEEP IT SIMPLE

Life on planet Earth is complicated, messy, wonderful, depressing, exciting, challenging, expansive and more… We are encouraged to live in the moment yet we do not know what lies around the next corner. When we keep it simple we are better able to navigate our way through the challenges.

Keep it simple. Just the words themselves are soothing to me. When I am especially challenged in my life from several fronts I remind myself to keep it simple. With a sigh of relief I am then able to get to the heart of the matter. Oftentimes that means letting go of fear. FEAR means False Evidence Appearing Real. It is like a shadow that we can walk through or give energy to what we fear and let it stop us. I am all for walking through the fear.

Keep it simple. My experience of Divine guidance through my intuition is that it is simple and to the point. In my work as an Intuitive Reader, ReikiHealer and Meditation Teacher these past 32 years I see again and again that truth, healing, guidance and wisdom comes through in simplicity. The rational mind wants to complicate everything. Spirit radiates when we keep it simple. It is then that we are able to experience our wholeness as Divine beings of love and light.
