Channeled guidance will be shared for the group. Then each person will be invited to ask a personal question and receive channeled guidance.
International Day of Peaceis also known as World Peace Day and occurs annually on September 21. It was declared by the United Nations (UN) in 1981. It is observed by several nations, political groups, military groups, and spiritual groups.
Practice Meditation
Practice meditationdailyfor itis a powerful tool and thefirst step to the conscious awareness of our Divine self. As we reach the place inside of inner peace we access our own Divine wisdom.
When wepracticemeditationdailywe focus the mind on the breath. Then we are able to feel our own energy and spirit. The thoughts are no longer in control distracting us from who we truly are, spirit in physical form.
Through simpletechniques when wepractice meditationdailywe can learn to get centered andlet go of stress, fear, doubt and limiting beliefs.
With a regularpracticeofmeditationwe have the ability to go within to access our intuition. This inner truth that comes from the source always guides us to our highest and best potential. Trust it.
So please join us for ourMeditationand CD Signing at Inquiring Minds Bookstore on Saturday September 21 at 3 PM. Together we can “let peace begin with me.”

Intuitive Readings Saugerties NY – Reiki Saugerties NY – Meditation Saugerties NY
For more than 30 years I have been helping many people from all walks of life and across the world, including India, China and England. Some clients prefer to come see me in person for anIntuitive Reading.
However, the majority of my clients call me for phone sessions. Intuition is unlimited as God is unlimited so it doesn’t matter whether you are in the same room with me or in Hong Kong! My intention is the same – to serve as a channel of clarity and healing to assist you in all areas of your life. Doing this work makes me truly happy and I blessed to be able to help people and do what I love.
When you set up anIntuitive Readingin Saugertiesor a phone session with me, it’s best to write downyour questions ahead of time. Thishelps focusyour intention on what it you wantguidance for inyour life.
At the beginning of yourIntuitive Reading, I go deep into a meditative state and ask Spirit to allow me to be a clear and pure channel of love, healing and guidance for you. The answer to each question flows through me in words and pictures and the information received is spiritual in nature, yet practical for every day life.
