Remember your daily prayers. Theyare an important part of our spiritual practice. When we pray we are talking to God while meditation is listening to God.
Remember your daily prayersas they help us to honor our spirit by consciously aligning with the Source within usthrough the direct communication of prayer.
There are many ways to pray.Daily prayerscan include repeating a standard prayer that you are familiar with, creating a new prayer or simply talking to God in your own words.
As I remember mydaily prayersI speak directly to Source. Naming my family, my friends, all of humanity and Mother Earth and putting them all in God’s hands allows me to continue to let go.
Surrendering
Surrenderingmy control and allowing the Universe to work in my life is what is involved indaily prayers.
Admitting my powerlessness is part of the process ofsurrenderingto my Higher Power. It is very humbling. We are powerless over everyone and everything in our lives. We can only control our own thoughts, attitudes and behaviors. The sooner we realize this truth the sooner we have freedom from taking on other people’s problems that we cannot solve in the first place.

When we acknowledge our powerlessness and practicesurrenderingto Spirit we are set free to live fully in the moment. We can then trust that God is taking care of us and guiding us to what is best for uson all levels.Spirit is also taking care of our loved ones. We are not meant to carry others and their problems.
Add an Image
Add an imagewhen you pray to help you experience the power of prayer that the image represents. Be creative with this process and enjoy it.
For example Iadd an imageby visualizing all my loved ones on an altar. This visual helps me to let go and let God take care of them. As a result I can be more present in my own life.
When Iadd an imageto my prayersit adds energy to the intention of thedaily prayers.Then the image is empoweredin my consciousnessand anchored there. This allows me to continue to surrender to Source and live in the moment.
Everyone has their own Higher Power. My job is to surrender to my Higher Power through the intention of mydaily prayers. This allows me to live the expression of my spirit in the material world each and every day.

God grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
